YouthAoteaReo are hosting a series of youth workshops nationally to create a fun day of activity to strengthen engagement with youth from Māori, Pacific and Ethnic communities including those with former refugee and migrant backgrounds

Various Events & workshopsOpportunities

The Manawatu Multicultural Councils, New Zealand Human Rights Commission, Independent Police Conduct Authority, Multicultural New Zealand and Hui E have partnered together to explore some of the barriers youth face when accessing social services particularly when they require assistance. The workshops will provide a positive environment to interact, discuss these issues and mutually educate and inform.

Young people will also contribute to developing a Youth APP - YouthAoteaReo funded by New Zealand National Commission for UNESCO. This will serve as an ongoing national resource to support youth.
