Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt Youth Development Networks Are Merging!

The Lower Hutt Youth Workers Network (HYWN) and Youth Development Upper Hutt (YDUH) steering groups are excited to announce that we are merging to form one network!

The groups are excited to announce that we are merging to form one network! The group will be creating a regional youth development network for the wider Hutt Valley.
Nevertheless, the group will still have the same familiar faces leading the network, but now from both steering groups. The group will be working smarter together, in order that we have a stronger and more sustainable youth development sector across the valley.
The group will continue to build relationships, create opportunities for networking, run training's and events, and encourage the sector to increase it's positive influence in both Lower and Upper Hutt. Anyone that is currently part of HYWN and YDUH, will automatically be transitioned into the new network.
This name of this new valley-wide network is going to be called:

Te Awakairangi Youth Development Network (TAYDN).
