Capital Coast District Health Board’s Youth Engagement Survey

The CCDHB would like to better engage young people (ages 10 – 24) in its service development and project planning.

Online OpportunitiesOpportunities for youth

Capital & Coast District Health Board (CCDHB) have started the ‘Youth Engagement Project’ to work out what this could look like. They are undertaking a co-design approach with the young people of Wellington City, Kāpiti and Porirua.

As well as setting up face-to-face focus groups, CCDHB have created this short survey for you to tell us what you think directly.

CCDHB would like to set up a good system or structure to have the youth voice loud and clear at decision-making tables. They also want to find better ways for young people who have been in hospital or used any other health service to tell them how the experience was for them.

There are lots of ways they could do this. It could be a youth advisory group, surveys, a regular event, a website, an app... or something completely new!
