Research Opportunity

Seeking youth workers with about 5 minutes to spare to complete an online survey on sexual abuse in young people - please participate in this important research.

Dr Cate Curtis a researcher in the School of Psychology at Waikato University. They are starting a new phase of research into assessing risk of sexual abuse among young people and prevention of abuse. This phase is a survey, which takes about 5 minutes to complete, and is designed for people who work with young people (under 16 years of age). If you work with young people the researcher would really appreciate it if you'd complete the survey, and send the attached information on to your colleagues who are youth workers, teachers, social workers, etc.

The researchers really want to get a broad range of people to complete it, to get a good sense of how people identify that someone is at risk, or is a risk to others.

Please find the information sheet attached here.
