My Approach
Supervision provides a dedicated space for professionals to engage in facilitated, in-depth reflection on their practise, their working relationships, and the many components that impact their professional life. At the heart of good Supervision is the relationship between the supervisor and supervisee.
My Professional Supervision practise is based on building collaborative relationships with the professionals I work with. Supervision can offer a new lens on a situation, support the supervisee to navigate challenging issues, find alternate solutions, and affirm and celebrate success. My role is to holistically support kaimahi to have ongoing clarity, development and wellbeing within the professional realm.
I am passionate about working with people in the helping professions, and welcome Social Workers, Youth Workers, Community workers, Managers, Nurses, Teachers, Church Leaders and others to work with me.
