My Approach
What you can expect from me
β¨ A warm, relaxed, understanding space.
β¨ Practical tools and ideas you can use between sessions.
β¨ Encouragement that recognizes both your strengths and your potential.
β¨ Collaborative takeaway notes- Summary of session, strengths and next steps.
After reflecting on various challenges and needs we can further explore:
What's working well?
What strengths are already present?
What else might be influencing this situation?
What could your next helpful step be?
My supervision is grounded in strengths-based, person-centered, and solution-focused practice, while also drawing on various Supervision theories such as the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, and three Cs to consider the wider context surrounding your work.
Work can be incredibly meaningfulβas well as complex. My hope is that each supervision session leaves you feeling:
β Clearer
β More confident
β Reminded of the value you bring to the people and communities you support
β Empowered
