My Approach

My approach to supervision and coaching is steady, practical, and grounded in reflective practice. I work alongside kaimahi to strengthen safety, clarity, and professional judgement, supporting them to think well under pressure and stay connected to their values. Sessions are shaped to what each practitioner needs — structured when that helps focus, relaxed when space is needed to reflect. I draw on solution‑focused, strengths‑based and future‑oriented methods, helping people identify what is working, where challenges sit, and what will support safe, effective practice going forward.
