My Approach

As a registered psychotherapist, my supervision approach is holistic and focused on growing your professional and personal capacities as you navigate this intense and vibrant mahi. I bring strong knowledge on frameworks, ethics, competencies, reflective practice and research, combined with a focus on the strengths you bring to your mahi. Having led small and large, paid and voluntary teams, I am passionate about supporting people to thrive as leaders and also enjoy supporting people at all levels of their career. As a tangata Tiriti female, I work to support equity for the diverse communities of Aotearoa and develop deeply respectful relationships. My supervision fee is $140 per session.
