Jess Ngahere

I’m Jess, a registered social worker with almost a decade of experience in the sector. My experience lies in Child Protection, Mental Health, Kaumatua & Kuia, ACC sensitive claims as well as community and government social work. I am also a Rongoa Maori Practitioner. My most important role is being a māmā to three young tamariki.
My Approach
Our kaitiakitanga sessions are created around your needs as a practitioner, exploring both clinical support and cultural guidance. Drawing on matauranga māori and career experience to awhi you in your practice. Our space is intentional with the focus of empowering practioners to be grounded and real as they support tamariki, whanau and hāpori.

Kaitiakitanga Professional Supervision - Post-Graduate Diploma - Te Wananga o Aotearoa.
Ngaa Poutoko Whakarara Oranga Bi-cultural Social Work Degree - Te Wananga o Aotearoa.
