Kirsty Robinson
I am an experienced social worker with over a decade of practice in the family violence sector, alongside extensive experience in leadership roles. I am currently employed by the Ministry of Social Development as a Family Violence Response Coordinator, where I support and guide practice in complex and high-risk situations.
In addition to my primary role, I am contracted with ACC to deliver sensitive claims work, and I contribute to social work education through various roles within the School of Social Work at Massey University.
My practice is grounded in a strong commitment to ethical, reflective, and culturally responsive social work. I bring a depth of real-world experience to my supervision, offering a space that supports critical reflection, professional growth, and practitioner wellbeing.
My Approach
External supervision offers a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of the work you do every day. I provide a supportive and collaborative environment where you can explore challenges, celebrate successes, and strengthen your practice. Together, we focus on your wellbeing, professional growth, and confidence in your role.
