Ko Linda Metuakore Paealiki ahau, I am a Senior Specialist Cultural External Supervisor, I whakapapa from the Cook Island born here in New Zealand. I am family orientated, I have 25 years in the frontline and leadership roles in the health and social sector. My work has been to support others well and I continue to enjoy this mahi to be of service to everyone.
My Approach
I provide culturally grounded, self reflective and safe supervision services for Kaimahi,Youth practitioners and community support workers rooted in Kaupapa Maori, Pasifika, and Western values, the service supports professional growth, emotional well-being, culturally responsive practice and a holistic wellbeing approach to their life and work balance for all kaimahi.
