I am an experienced health professional with over 20 years in the oncology specialty, adept at navigating high-pressure healthcare environments. My expertise includes palliative care, trauma, and grief support, with a special interest in sexual and reproductive health. Holding a Master's in Nursing and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Supervision, I am passionate about supporting fellow professionals. Outside of work, I enjoy adventuring with my labradoodle Huckleberry, waterskiing with my family, and diving into a good book.

As a professional supervisor, I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore and reflect on your professional practice. I offer guidance and support to help you enhance your skills and knowledge, ultimately improving the quality of your work. My approach is tailored to your individual needs, ensuring that you receive personalized and effective supervision. Professional supervision is a collaborative and supportive process aimed at promoting your professional development and well-being. It involves regular meetings where we discuss your work, challenges, and aspirations. Through this reflective practice, you can gain insights, identify assumptions, develop new strategies, and enhance your overall performance. Join me in this journey of continuous improvement and excellence in professional practice Sessions usually occur monthly and can either be in person or via Google Meets. I am continually learning and developing my supervision toolbox.
