My Approach
I have nearly 30 years experience in Statutory Social work in Residential settings (Care & Protection & Youth Justice) both in NZ and London. I have provided clinical supervision to social workers and youth workers for over 15 years (inclusive of SWIS workers), Provided training to adult learners, Practice leader in residence as well as being a Practice adviser for the Children's team. I also provide coaching and mentoring. I am committed to guiding all peoples with a professional and positive approach and believe that we are all experts in finding the results we are seeking.
