I have been providing supervision for the past 9 years and I am passionate about providing social workers a safe and reflective space where they feel supported to flourish-Poipoia te kākano, kia puāwai. Grounded in te Ao Māori values with 14 years experience with tamariki, rangatahi and whānau. Experienced in the fields of leadership, programme development and facilitation, community development, specialist family violence services and family therapy.
