Olivia Hart
With over a decade of experience across Mental Health, Addiction, Crisis and Counselling spaces, I’ve worked as a practitioner, leader and advisor alongside both rangatahi and adults in community, justice and residential settings. I began my career as a Support Worker and have worked my way through to Clinical Manager and Supervisor roles, giving me a grounded, real world understanding of the challenges practitioners face at every stage of their careers. Alongside my private practice, I currently work within a high-performance sporting environment focused on reshaping the national conversation and reducing stigma around mental health.
My Approach
As a Clinical Supervisor, I’m committed to creating a space where practitioners feel supported to reflect, grow and strengthen their practice for their own development and for the betterment of the Whai ora we walk alongside. My approach is practical, down to earth and relational, with a focus on honest conversations and a good amount of humour along the way. I’m passionate about supporting a workforce that feels confident, capable and genuinely supported in the work they do.
