My Approach
As well as a postgraduate qualification in professional supervision, I hold a master’s degree in education, with a research focus on leadership and change. My practice vision is about empowering learning and development, exploring processes for creating fresh thinking rather than applying existing knowledge to established problems (Hawkins, P., & McMahon, A. 2020. Supervision in the Helping Professions. Open University Press). An initial 30 minute “goodness of fit” consultation is free. I am based in Merivale, Christchurch.
