My Approach
My supervision practice is grounded in culturally responsive, whānau-centred, and clinically informed approaches that reflect the realities of frontline work. I support practitioners to navigate complexity, ethical challenges, and high-risk environments while strengthening professional judgement, accountability, and resilience. Drawing on extensive experience across statutory, NGO, and community settings, I integrate kaupapa Māori, Pacific frameworks, and evidence-based clinical models to ensure supervision is both safe and effective. My approach creates a reflective space where practitioners can grow confidence, maintain wellbeing, and enhance outcomes for individuals, whānau, and communities.
