Te Rangianiwaniwa Herewini

I have been a social worker since 2010 with my Diploma of Teaching (Specializing in Early Childhood) and working with a multi-disciplinary Non-Government Organization. I became qualified with my BSW from University of Auckland in 2019. I also completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Bicultural Professional Supervision in 2021. It is my goal to work alongside others in developing their understanding of their potential and supporting them to build their own conscious practice within this diverse field. I aim to deliver professional bicultural supervision and professional development to organizations educating them around best possible practice and how to be conscious of their own skill and knowledge base without judgement and transference of personal bias. As a bicultural supervisor I work within my framework of my own Puawaitanga assisting the supervisee in identifying their needs and creating achievable and manageable solutions for them with the support to develop long and short-term professional goals.
