- Launch an Afroconnect Mentor - Mentee Programme, pairing African professionals, creatives, artists, and athletes with young people who have expressed interest in similar pathways. This programme will be shaped by youth input and will give rangatahi access to relatable role models, a trusted person to talk to, and guidance from people who understand their lived experience. - Host an Afroconnect Careers and Pathways Fair, where African professionals and creatives share their career journeys, challenges, and successes. The event will centre youth voice, with space for questions, kōrero, and honest conversations about navigating education, work, and identity.
