The Wall That Speaks Amplifying Rangatahi Voices

Ōtepoti Youth Transition House residents (age 16-19yrs) will create “The Wall That Speaks: Amplifying Rangatahi Voices”, a creative project combining a collaborative Art Wall and a karaoke celebration. The Art Wall will display rangatahi artwork reflecting their experiences, hopes, and identities, centered on the theme “Taringa whakarongo! Ki te reo o ngātaiohi – Our voices matter!” The project will culminate in an exhibition wherewhānau, peers, and supporters can view the work and attend the karaoke session, allowing rangatahi to express their voices through art and music.
