Youth Voice Expo

As part of Youth Week 2026, we’re hosting a Youth Voice Expo centered on the kaupapa of “Our Voices Matter.”  

This evening is about creating space for taiohi to share their stories and express the realities of what it means to be a young person today - including how safe spaces and supportive organisations help them feel seen, heard, and a true sense of belonging.  

The event will feature youth speakers, interactive stalls from local organisations, live music, and kai - all designed to uplift and amplify young people’s voices and lived experiences. 

We’re proud to be partnering with organisations including Citizens Advice Bureau, Save the Children and Generation Hope, i.Lead, Endo Warriors, Wellington Access Radio, Wellington Asian Youth Group, Volunteer Wellington, School Strike for Climate.
